It owes its name to the special quality of the soil, which favours the growth of beautiful rose gardens and is thus known as the land of the roses.
The estate covers 40 hectares of centuries old and new olive groves, (which produce an excellent organic oil), orchards and vegetable gardens, aromas and flavours that form the basis of our home-made cooking.
