They offer accommodation in three comfortable apartments situated in a recently erected building, every one sleeping till four people.

Various are the available services, from refreshment to farm’s produce sale, from meetings’ organization to availability of mountain bikes and quads, from an amusement area for children to horse riding.
In the holiday farm “La Collina delle Streghe” there are two adjacent houses: an old stone farmhouse and a recently erected building.

In the farmhouse there’s a large apartment sleeping till eight.
In the new house there are three apartments with independent access, made up of bedroom, bathroom with shower, sitting room with sofa bed sleeping two, completely equipped cooking area, TV and washing machine.

Located between the Misa and the Esino valleys, our country house, Piagge Del Sole, was first constructed in liberty style during the first 100 years of the last century, and respects the preexistent architectural structure. It is surrounded by vineyards and fields cultivated in grain and sunflowers.

Moreover, our country house is strategically located. Famous artistic and religious places of the region, such as the capital of Ancona and its port, Loreto, Recanati, Urbino, Ascoli Piceno, and Fermo to name a few, are easily accessible from where we are located. You can enjoy both the sea and the mountains at the same time: The Riviera of Conero and the beaches of Senigallia, Pesaro San Benedetto of Tronto, the mountains of Sibillini , Mount San Vicino, the mountains of Fabriano, and the Caves of Frassasi…. all this available for your enjoyment.

Our guests will enjoy an uncontaminated ambient and a truly relaxing atmosphere. In fact, the absolute tranquility and the distance from the local traffic permits children to run and play freely in the garden that surrounds the house.

We offer you 5 charming apartments, three of which have lofts and characterized with exposed wooden beams running along the wooden ceiling. Our apartments, furnished with some family heirlooms, each have a fully furnished kitchenette (gas stove top, sink, utensils, and refridgerator), a sitting room, a bathroom with shower, independent heating, and a television. Last but not least, the views from each apartment is spectacular and varies depending in which room you’re in.

If you prefer not to cook inside your apartment, located within 5 km from our country house, are some of the best restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy local quality food at excellent prices.
