The country residence “Etrusca Country” is at Civitella Cesi, which is a hamlet of Blera, in province of Viterbo. It will be possible to stay in comfortable double rooms or in miniflats with living room and kitchenette. There are 5 double rooms and 10 miniflats with kitchenette and bathroom. The rooms are cosy, equipped with heating and each kind of comfort.
The proprietaries choodes each thing with care and attentiond for the simple and daily things. Guests will stay in a close atmosphere, where it will be possible to taste and to buy the farm products. The restaurant and the fun club are disposal for privat parties. The last caracteristic, but not for the importance, is the nice welcome and the availability of the propetaries, wich can involve with their simply the guests in the warm of the country life. For the joy and for the knowledge of the children, you’ll find in complete freedom with horses, rabbits, deers, guinea-hen, pigs, ducks, sheeps, hens.

Each one has every kind of comfort ( tv, air-conditioner, fridge-hair dryer, linen, an arriving cleaning and a leaving one) and awell equipped kitchen area.All the rooms are comfortable and elegant places to stay in relax and enjoy the carefulness of the enviroment and the pleasant country setting. “IL CASALE” also includes 10 double rooms with the bath, a panoramic view, fine simple style ( povera art) furniture and wrought iron beds. Each room has a tv, an indipendent air- conditioner to provide the best comfort all year around. We serve the best Italian country food according to traditional recipes. Such as a soufflé of vegetables form our garden, home made pasta with pore mushrooms, or roast saddle of pork with baked potatoes. Enjoy the food along with the excellent wines that we produce here at our Farmhouse. And perhaps finish with a drop of our famous “limoncello”, a sweet liqueur. It goes perfectly with one of our home made cakes you can choose from the trolley. The organic products, with the BIOAGRICERT certificate,are the best merit in Our farm. The cookery is a really art with old recipes made only with natural products.

Description of the facilities
The structure offers 4 apartments with 20 beds available in total. Each apartment has an independent entrance and is provided with television, linen for the bathroom, bed-linen, table-linen, earthenware and pottery for the kitchen, and a small private safe. Each suite has an independent heater on demand (for extra charge).
The products from the earth to the table
In our resort we use this original and primitive technique of agriculture, in an unspoilt environment full of colours, perfumes and wild animals like foxes, porcupines, turtles and hedgehogs. Here you can find beans, chick-peas, tomatoes, potatoes, with whom you can prepare delicious dishes seasoned with olive oil and tasted with the typical DOC local wine Est! Est!! Est!!! in our chimneys and barbecues!!!
If you prefer savory seasoned dishes with our products, you can directly prepare them near the resort where you have fireplace, barbecue and oven.
