The holidays house BAIERA is located in Frascati, a beautiful town of the castelli romani, on the famous Colli albani, the hills around Rome.. The apartments are situated in a quiet place surrounded by vineyards.
Outside house there is a big garden with many trees and some garden-seats.

To come a the B&B BAIERA you can take the highway G.R.A. and exit in via Casilina (exit 18) direction Frosinone. After 6 Km (about) turn right into Via Vermicino. In via Vermicino after 2.5 km (about)on the left, there is an automatic wash car (WASH CAR): next there is Vicolo grotti dama: we are to n. 19.

“Villa Olcimia” is situated at the exit of the motorway, Rome North, (Fiano Romano), at Capena, at twenty minutes from the center of Rome. It is typical little country-house in the green country and with old furniture of ‘800 and beginning ‘900. Villa Olcimia has nine rooms with bathrooms, restaurant readingroom and swimming-pool. The kitchen offers some roman plates (gnocchi with semolina, spaghetti alla carbonara, lamb and chicory).

Villa Rosa is located about midway between the “Roma Nord” gate of A1 “Autostrada del Sole” and the city of Rome, in the Riano village territory. The complete address is: Viale Parigi, 97 – 00060 Riano (RM).
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful panoramic garden. From there you can easily see the far St. Peter’s dome silhouetted against the roofs of Rome as well as the mountains of Sabina and the Tevere river valley.
The entrance, independent from that of the owners home, is facing a level terrace opened to the garden and the car parking and furnished with a stone barbecue.
At the ground floor we have two double bedrooms, a living room and a small kitchen available (on request) for guests self usage.
At the upper floor the guests can have at there disposal an entire flat composed by a living room, two bedrooms (one twin and one, very large, with four beds).
Each room has TV and a private bathroom with shower.
Breakfast can be served in the dining room, the upper living room or maybe in the garden.
The best way to reach us is by car but, on request, we can arrange a pick-up service for you from the “Monterotondo” railway station of the airport train.
