An old cottage, dating back to the beginning of the XX century and completely restored, hosts the farm holidays called “La Curbastra”. It has probably been the house of the well-known mathematic and physician Gregorio Ricci-Curbastro (1843-1925). The cottage, surrounded by the river Lamone and by 26 hectares of fruit-cultivated soil, is the ideal place for a journey combining relax with cultural and wine-gastronomic tourism. In the courtyard there’s a swimming-pool now and,. for those wishing to practice some sport, a rent-a-bicycle service is also available to spend – why not!- a whole day cycling on the hills nearby. “La Curbastra” has 16 rooms all with bathroom, TV and the typical pieces of furniture of Romagna.
In the wide hall obtained from what has once been a stable, you can have dinner and taste the traditional food of Romagna.

The farm holidays “Calderino” in the middle of Romagna green hills, is the ideal place where you can spend a holiday or a week-end in contact with nature, sport, comfort and for those who wish to combine holiday with short itineraries of cultural interest. The cottage dating back to 1828 and completely restored, is on a large bend of the Lamone River where it is possible fishing and lies on 9 hectares of fruit-cultivated soil, according to the principles of the biological agriculture which pays attention to the environment protection.
The names of field and garden flowers mark the 7 apartments and the delicious garret (with 2 to 4 beds). On the ground floor there are two apartments which are an independent entrance and which face directly the swimmingpool surrounded by olive trees and abjacent an area equipped with children’s games.

The functional and practical furniture is characterized by the “Romagna style”. Every apartment has got a bathroom with the shower, the TV, the heating and a small kitchen with electric plates, fridge and a sideboard with the main food. On the ground floor a wide dining-room and a laundry are at the guestsí disposal.

The Farmhouse La Prosciutta, to complete familiar management, is born in March 2006, from the total restructure of a cottage of the first post-war period, located on the road Emilia, between Faenza and Imola, but protected from the city chaos. The Fafmhouse is an optimal point of departure for excursions to the sea, to the hills and the cities of art of the Romagna. Its land confines with the Senio river from a side and with the Prosciutta road on the other side. This land is prevalently full of orchard (apples,peaches, kiwi); there is also a small vineyard of grapes Trebbiano and Ciliegiolo. The Farmhause has 7 elegant and comfortable rooms, ideal for occasional overnigt stayings and stays of relax on the Faenza territory. The Farm Holidays “ Corte dei Mori ” is located in the borough of Brisighella (RA), 9 km far from the border with the province of Florence.
The countryside is that one of the hills of Romagna, of the Lamone river valley,
and precisely of that part of territory known as Romagna-Toscana.

The old rural house, now restructured, lays in a farm of 10 hectares about in Sant’Eufemia (between the hamlets of San Cassiano and Strada Casale), 500 mt far from the Provincial Road SS 302 Faenza-Florence and the altitude is 290 metres above sea level.

The particular location of the building allows a large view of more than 10 Km of the panorama below, to a point in which the valley gets narrower and makes a big turn so that the road and the river follow a large loop among steep hills.

It’s really easy to see, at daybreak, a deer flock pasturing in the fields in front of the house or wait patiently to watch them during the day; and a “buzzard also waits patiently for small preys.

The agricolturism activity is concentrated in the Ovello holding and it offers two apartments drawn from the old farm houses restored between 2003 and 2005. The holding is situated at less than two kilometres (1,2 miles) from the 1500 Villa Ginanni centre of the agricultural activity of the farm. The Ovello and one of its houses is the most ancient property of the estate, it dates back to the first 1500. The second house was built in 1800. The restoration of Ovello has been carried out trying to preserve the rural spirit of Romagna, and at the same time, all modern comforts necessary to a holiday house have been provided.
The peculiarity of Ovello is it’s beautiful position that overlooks from a height the inhabited area of Brisighella, it’s characteristic three hills Mount Montana, the regional park of chalk streaks, and the Valley of Lamone, from the millenary parish of Thò to Faenza. In a clear day it is possible to see Ravenna and the sea. There is a swimming pool, that overlooks on a beautiful view of the Lamone valley, surrounded from olives. Both the swimming pool and a functional brick oven are in commune for the apartments.
The “Marrucca” apartment (150 square meters) is composed from three bedrooms, two doubles and a matrimonial, for a total of six sleeping places. The “Tamerice” apartment (135 square meters) has four bedrooms; one double one matrimonial and two singles, for a total of six sleeping places. Both apartments have large sitting rooms with fire place, living room, and separated private kitchens provided with all the kitchenware and electro domestics (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine). The external area of the apartments is composed from a large lawn, surrounded from monumental mulberries, cypresses, fox pear tries. Hedges are of different varieties: wide culture of hawthorn, agarics, dog rose, rosemary and lavender.
